The Two Left Shin guards
By Haley D. Goulding
On day around 11:15 am, I was getting ready for my soccer game and I was getting my socks, shorts, shirt, and shin guards on, but oh no! They were both left shin guards! I looked all over the house but I didn’t find my right shin guard. But, suddenly my little sister ran by very funny. She looked like she was waddling.
“Hey, Sis, come here,” I said, and she did.
I looked at her shin guards and they were both right shin guards!
“Can I have my shin guard back?” I asked.
“No,” she said.
A she ran-off I yelled back, “you’ll get tripped on the field!”
“No I wont!” she called back.
The next morning I got up and went to my soccer drawer. I found my socks, shorts, shirt, and my right and left shin guard! Case closed!
The end.
Fathers
Tomorrow is a special day
And this is what I have to say,
Fathers are a blessed thing
My dad is similar to a dove
Because they both are a symbol
of Love.
In My Room
In my room I tell people what to do,
I yell at my brother, “Get out of here, SHOO!!”
In my room I’m in charge, my importance is very LARGE.
In my room I’m my whole, I’ve found my heart, creativity, spirit,
and
SOUL.
I Can’t Wear The Shoes
The outfit’s cute
And so are you
But the shoes I cannot do.
They hurt too much to walk around
On the ceiling or on the ground.
We’re going to Grandmas plain as day
But I cannot wear them on the way.
And with them I’ll go anywhere!
Special Teachers
Your hugs are great,
And mine are too,
The only thing I've had to do is….
CRY ,CRY ,CRY,
This summer.
That’s how much
I
MISS
YOU.
The Apple Tree
The wind blows through the apple tree’s leaves,
Faster than anyone can believe,
The flowers and apples interweave,
It’s a gorgeous summer morning, can’t you see?
The flowers send out a beautiful smellation,
Can’t you tell it’s not animation?
It’s smells better than a carnation.
That’s what I call
Nature’s Creation
The Dragon
A dragon with blue soars across the sky
As it’s silver wings shimmer as it flies on by
A possible princess danced at the ball,
Then the dragon broke through the castles wall
As the dragon’s claws tore through the floor,
The princess fled in search for no more.
The dragon stepped on a violin bow
Just as the moon was starting to glow
The dragon had to be on its way
And that was the end of my dragon’s day!
